Hi, my name is Jake and this is my gluten-free story. In 2016 I found out I had Celiac’s Disease. I was going into my sophomore year of college and I was only 19 years old. On the day I found out, Christmas Eve, I thought that my life would be over. Except it wasn’t it was just starting. Since then I have learned so much about how to live life as a young adult while dealing with being gluten-free. On this site and on our Instagram @GFinChi I want to help you find the answer to questions you have, great food and drinks, and the best parts of being gluten-free.
